BIOGRAPHY



Mitchell J. Marks, CPA


Mitchell has been in the public accounting arena since September, 1984.  Mitch has worked extensively with small to medium sized businesses.  He enjoys working with clients, putting an emphasis on creating sound bookkeeping systems, preparation of financial statements, income tax planning & preparation, and business consultation.

Between 1979 and 1984, Mitchell worked full time while attending the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee.  He earned his way through college and graduated in May, 1984.

Mitch’s greatest professional achievement is the rapport he’s established and maintained with his business clients.  They depend on him and he thrives on exceeding their expectations.

He is currently the Treasurer of Congregation Emanu-El’s Brotherhood.  He has held this office since July 1, 2004.  Mitchell has extensive knowledge with many software programs including QuickBooks, Peachtree Accounting, Microsoft’s Word and Excel.

Mitch enjoys golf, traveling, and being with his family.  He and his wife Cathy, of 21 years have three children, Rebecca, Jordan, & Michaela.
